The headstall is made from super heavy USA Beta BioThane strapping with stainless steel fittings throughout. The reins are woven polyester grip reins, made here in Australia, that give you a secure hold in wet or gloved hands.

The matching loop-to-bit reins are woven polyester with a grippy texture, made in Australia. They hold firm in wet weather or gloved hands and clip straight onto the bit.
Beta BioThane® is a tough, PVC-coated webbing, and one of the best strapping materials around. It's stronger than nylon or leather and fully waterproof, so there's no oiling or conditioning to worry about. It stays soft and pliable but wipes clean in seconds.
Rinse it under warm water with a little mild soap and wipe it dry. There's no oiling or conditioning to do, and unlike leather it won't dry out or hold odours.
