1. Standard Off-the-Shelf Items

For standard off-the-shelf items, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• If we ship the wrong product or make an error, we will provide a full refund or exchange.
• If the item received does not match the description provided on our website.
• Compliance with standard ecommerce laws in Australia regarding returns and refunds.

2. Custom Gear

For custom gear, as these items are highly customizable and made-to-order, refunds are not offered as freely. We handle custom gear returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• If we make an error in the manufacture of the item and deviate from the specifications provided in the order, we will cover the costs to fix the issue.
• Issues such as the customer selecting the wrong size or being dissatisfied with color combinations chosen during customization are not eligible for refunds or returns.
• Due to the nature of custom gear, slight variations in color between the rendered images during customization and the final product may occur. We strive to provide accurate representations, but refunds based on minor color discrepancies between rendered images and the actual product are not grounds for a refund.
