1. Standard Shipping Times

Orders consisting only of off-the-shelf products will be shipped within a few business days after payment is made.

2. Custom Made Products

If your order contains custom made products, please note the following:

• Due to the handmade nature of custom items, processing times may vary.
• In high-demand periods, it could take up to 8 weeks, but typically within 3 weeks.
• We offer split shipping for orders with both standard and custom items (additional cost applies). Standard items will be shipped within a few days, and custom items will be shipped once ready.
• Expedited Custom Items: We offer an expedited option where custom orders are express-made and shipped within 5 business days. Larger custom orders may take longer than 5 days.

3. Shipping Types

We offer the following shipping options, all shipped using Australia Post:

• Standard Shipping
• Express Shipping
• Letter Shipping - for small orders only, ie a few nameplates.
