Race Head Bridle

A race head (headstall) you design yourself, hand-made to order from super heavy BioThane. It comes standard at 13mm wide with the browband width of your choice, so you can set it up for track work, fast work or everyday riding.

BioThane takes the fuss out of race gear. It's stronger than leather, won't soak up sweat or water, and wipes clean in seconds, so it holds up to beach work, river crossings and wet mornings without cracking or going stiff.

Beta BioThane® is a tough, PVC-coated webbing, and one of the best strapping materials around. It's stronger than nylon or leather and fully waterproof, so there's no oiling or conditioning to worry about. It stays soft and pliable but wipes clean in seconds.

Rinse it under warm water with a little mild soap and wipe it dry. There's no oiling or conditioning to do, and unlike leather it won't dry out or hold odours.
