A classic Australian ring-head Barcoo, finished in an ocean-toned teal that catches the light. The browband loops through the headpiece ring in true Barcoo style, with a white plaited centre and white contrast stitching running the length of the cheeks.
It's made from Australian-made Leatherite PVC, so it has the look of dressed leather without the upkeep. There's no oiling or conditioning to keep on top of, and a wipe with a damp cloth brings the shine back. The fittings are stainless steel, and the crown is backed in soft white for comfort behind the ears.

This is a clearance item, so it's the one pictured and there's just the one available. The shimmer reads a little differently between the two photos because one was taken indoors and one outside under the trees, but it's a lovely ocean shade in person.
The Leatherite PVC won't dry out, crack or hold odours the way leather can. A wipe with a damp cloth is all it needs, which makes it a practical choice for everyday work around the yard.
The Barcoo, or ring-head, is an Australian stockman's bridle used in the bush for generations. The browband threads through a ring at the poll, the cheeks and throatlatch adjust to suit, and the bit goes in by undoing the cheek straps. It's an easy fit on a wide range of horses.
