Two Tone Stitched Dog Lead

A two-tone dog lead made by hand in BioThane, with one colour running the length and a second on the handle and ends. The two halves are joined with stitching rather than rivets, and you pick the thread colour too, so the topstitching can blend in or stand out as a contrast line down the lead.

You choose how it comes together:

BioThane handles everything a leather lead struggles with. It shrugs off rain, mud and creek crossings, won't go stiff or smelly, and wipes clean in seconds. The snap hook is solid metal and the handle loop is stitched back on itself for a secure hold.

The colours shown are just one example. Your lead is made to the combination you choose at checkout.

The colours are joined with stitching, which holds its strength on a lead this width and gives you a clean line of topstitching. Choose a matching thread for a subtle finish or a contrast colour to make a feature of it.

A solid trigger snap and dee ring, in brass or stainless steel. Both stand up to weather and daily use.

Beta BioThane® is a tough, PVC-coated webbing, and one of the best strapping materials around. It's stronger than nylon or leather and fully waterproof, so there's no oiling or conditioning to worry about. It stays soft and pliable but wipes clean in seconds.

Rinse it under warm water with a little mild soap and wipe it dry. There's no oiling or conditioning to do, and unlike leather it won't dry out or hold odours.
