Premium TPU Horse Halter with Snap Clip

Single-layer TPU has a lovely feel. It's softer and smoother than PVC against the head, and it stays flexible in cold weather instead of going stiff. It's also harder wearing, with better resistance to scuffs and UV, so it keeps its glossy colour for years without cracking or peeling. Muddy halter? It wipes clean under the tap in seconds.

The brass fittings are precision cast (investment cast rather than sand cast), which gives a smoother, cleaner finish with crisp detail and none of the rough spots you find on cheaper hardware. TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) coated webbing is the premium version of the coated strapping used in most synthetic halters. It outlasts PVC by a clear margin, with better resistance to scuffs and UV, and it won't go brittle, crack or peel as it ages. Like all coated webbing it's waterproof and wipes clean in seconds.

Rinse it under warm water with a little mild soap and wipe it dry. There's no oiling or conditioning to do, and unlike leather it won't dry out or hold odours.
