Stainless steel Chicago screws for attaching Mac Tack nameplates to halters, bridles, dog collars and more. Rust-proof and reusable, so you can move a plate between items or swap it out down the track.
Five sizes, sold individually. Check the dimensions and sizing image below to pick the right one for your strap thickness.
These two-part stainless steel Chicago screws (also called screw posts) are what we use to fix Mac Tack nameplates onto leather and webbing. A barrel post goes through the holes from the back and the slotted screw threads into it from the front, clamping everything together with no sewing or rivets.
Stainless steel: won't rust or tarnish, so it holds up to weather, sweat and washing on working gear.
Reusable: undo them with a flat screwdriver to move a nameplate to another halter or replace it, then do them back up.
Low-profile head: the domed, slotted head sits neat against the strap.
Five sizes: sold individually so you can match the screw length to the thickness of your strap.
Use the measurements and the sizing image in the gallery to choose your size. See the Screw Dimensions section for the full breakdown of each.
