Custom Polyester Grip Reins

These reins pair a woven polyester grip with hard-wearing 16mm BioThane straps, so you get a secure, non-slip hold without the bulk of full rubber reins. The textured grip helps you keep a steady, even contact, and it's a real help in the wet or when you're riding in gloves.

The woven polyester grip gives you multiple points of contact with the rein, so your hands stay put through transitions and over fences. It comes into its own in wet weather and with gloves, where plain leather can slip.

Beta BioThane® is a tough, PVC-coated webbing, and one of the best strapping materials around. It's stronger than nylon or leather and fully waterproof, so there's no oiling or conditioning to worry about. It stays soft and pliable but wipes clean in seconds.

Rinse it under warm water with a little mild soap and wipe it dry. There's no oiling or conditioning to do, and unlike leather it won't dry out or hold odours.
