Mule Tape Halter with Lead – Black or Pink

A handmade mule tape halter with the lead built right in — the kind of light, no-fuss halter you reach for every day, for catching, tying, groundwork and in-hand work.

Mule tape is a flat, tightly woven webbing that's plaited up into the halter. It's the reason these halters feel the way they do: soft and almost silky against the face, but seriously strong. The wide woven noseband sits flatter than a thin rope halter, so pressure is spread out rather than concentrated, which many horses settle into more readily.

Because it's a synthetic weave, it shrugs off water and dries fast — no soaking up sweat and rain like leather, and no oiling or conditioning to keep up with. A rinse under the tap and it's clean.
