Two Tone Breastplate with Lacing

A breastplate earns its keep by stopping your saddle slipping back, especially over jumps or on hilly, uneven ground. This two-tone version does that job in waterproof BioThane and lets you make it your own.

It's built from two layers of BioThane in colours you choose, so the backing shows through as a contrast trim along the edges. On top of that runs decorative lacing in two more colours across the chest and neck strap, and the whole thing is stitched for strength rather than just glued.

Beta BioThane® is a tough, PVC-coated webbing, and one of the best strapping materials around. It's stronger than nylon or leather and fully waterproof, so there's no oiling or conditioning to worry about. It stays soft and pliable but wipes clean in seconds.

Rinse it under warm water with a little mild soap and wipe it dry. There's no oiling or conditioning to do, and unlike leather it won't dry out or hold odours.
