Rainbow BioThane Bridle

A bridle that's hard to lose in the tack room. This one's made from super heavy USA BioThane in a full rainbow of colours, with stainless steel fittings and 13mm strapping throughout. The crown and noseband are padded for comfort behind the ears and across the nose.

It's a stocked, in-stock bridle - ready to ship, not made to order - so what you see is what you get. Choose your noseband style and size at checkout:

• Cavesson - a plain noseband that sits above the bit for gentle control, without interfering with the horse's mouth.

• Hanoverian (flash) - a cavesson plus a lower flash strap around the nose, to help keep the mouth closed and steady the bit. A good pick for horses that evade the bit.

Available in sizes from Shetland through to Full. Reins are not included.

Order it as a plain cavesson or as a Hanoverian flash bridle. The flash version adds a lower strap to keep the mouth closed and stabilise the bit.

This is a stocked bridle, not a made-to-order item, so it ships straight away once your size and style are picked.

Beta BioThane® is a tough, PVC-coated webbing, and one of the best strapping materials around. It's stronger than nylon or leather and fully waterproof, so there's no oiling or conditioning to worry about. It stays soft and pliable but wipes clean in seconds.

Rinse it under warm water with a little mild soap and wipe it dry. There's no oiling or conditioning to do, and unlike leather it won't dry out or hold odours.
